So... :/ People use renders all the time. And render stuff from Deviantart as well.

Oh, and that sig, though I'm not saying it's as good as yours, is thirty+ layers... not just a border.

renders are made through public images allowed to be used by anyone, so a render is fully legal to use.

The thing about images from DA is that when you submit an image it is automatically copyrighted, without written permission from the author to use said image it is plagiarism and therefore illegal to use. Whoever's sig that is should be disqualified.
