I've only been here a short time and the other day learned about your wi-fi feedback system and wanted to say kudos on that, I think it's great 
I was however wondering if it's possible to work on a trade system? What I mean by this is people could choose an item from the game which they have bought or sold, they then would select the user they traded/sold/bought to/from and then they enter the bells they paid/received for the item. Once they do this the user has to confirm that the deal is correct and when they do it goes into the system.
You could then create a database of all items with details such as:
Time traded:
Average price:
Average price (last month):
Highest paid:
Lowest paid:
This would help new comers and big time traders learn the values of certain items within the market. I think this is the kind of tool that could really help people out and give another level of user friendliness to these forums. In time if you could implement something like this you could add a trade center to a users profile that allows them to choose items from the drop down menu and put their asking prices, kind of like a little interactive shop?
It's just an idea and I'm aware it would be a lot of hard work to make something like this hence I thought I'd ask =)
