Fences

Hey guys,

Anyone know how to unbuild a fence? Shovel and axe don't seem to work

did you get the fences from tom nook yet? once you do, just click on the fence icon in your inventory and hold it.

It works the same way as removing any kind of furniture to remove it (pressing Y) - placing it on the ground has a hammer animation but for the most part it’s the same as regular furniture!

You should just be able to press the Y button to pick it up.

Oh yeah haha, I did! But I just put one down in the wrong place and didn't know how to pick it back up again.

I literally just solved my problem though, you press Y. I thought you needed to dig it up again with a shovel or something. I'm a dummy.

Yeah, I was worried placing them would be hard, but its actually very easy. Removing is just the y button, but maybe you need the fencing kit equipped? I'm not sure.
