First ever animation

I thought of making an animation for a change, because all I've been doing lately is writing poems and making sigs, and wanted something different to do. I noticed some people have made awesome animations, so I thought I'd give it a try.

Anyway, here it is:

It took me about 3-4hours on the whole to do, but I was only just learning things so I was a bit slow. Overall, I am more than happy with the outcome. I drew all the sprites myself, so it was quite a work. It is 18 frames long.

CC would be nice

As mentioned previously, it's choppy, blurry, and the frames are discolored. And make it transparent, too.

The dumbbell is quite blurry in some frames.
You could speed it up a little.

It's called constructive criticism. Being nice and saying "oh, good job on your first try!" won't help the creator improve. You have to point out the flaws so they know what to fix.

Yeah, it is quite choppy, I'dd add some more frames in and make it a bit faster next time.

Also, don't bother with Gnome, I was expecting that kind of thing from him anyway <.<

Thanks, but saying it's poorly done is a bit harsh considering it's my first, right? Sure it is bad on a normal scale, but saying that to someone's first ever is a bit harsh.
