I just wanted to make a few questions 100% certain before I end up killing off my lovely new Hybrids!

Do you have to water your flowers every day? If you don’t will they eventually wilt and die?

If someone in your town runs over or picks the heads off your flowers leaving only the stem, if you continue to water will the head 100% grow back?

Flowers that are stored in your inventory wether that be in your pockets or in your house, do they need watering?

In New Leaf you could add a “Perfect Town” Perk or something to that effect which meant you no longer needed to water your flowers, they always remained watered, is there anything like that in New Horizons?

you dont need to water them every day, but no watering at all will make them wither. afaik you can bring them back by watering them if they wilt.

yes the head will grow back.

no, stored flowers dont need to be watered.

i dont think nh has that. it may be something you can unlock in the future but i havent seen anything like it yet.
