What are some food items that you eat alllll the time, and perhaps too much?

For me it would be goldfish crackers and shredded cheddar cheese. Whenever I am hungry at home, I reach for one of those foods (or both). They have like no nutritional value and I should really try to replace them with fruit sometimes, but whenever I get hungry I just can't think of anything else I want to eat. :p
 
i eat wayyy too many dairy products, cheese especially- i love it a lot but too much starts to upset my digestive system lol
 
Some people think cereal for breakfast, lunch and dinner is excessive.

I am not one of those people

Sunflower seeds. My cholesterol has to be stroke level by now.

^ This really hit home- I eat cereal 25/8 lol

Other than that, I eat pizza almost every week- which I know is bad. But i'm extremely picky, so it is hard for me to find foods I love. (I am trying to get better though)
 
I tend to drink a lot of iced green tea with lychee jelly in it lol.
I probably eat a lot of eggs not really alone but cooked into things. Eggs in fried rice, thit kho, spam/eggs/rice, tamogoyaki, so on. Kimchi, goi, flatbread are also big staples for me lol.

i eat porridge like every morning and sometimes in the afternoon when i'm hungry.

Exact same problem! Having a dairy aversion does not help.
