What are some food items that you eat alllll the time, and perhaps too much?
For me it would be goldfish crackers and shredded cheddar cheese. Whenever I am hungry at home, I reach for one of those foods (or both). They have like no nutritional value and I should really try to replace them with fruit sometimes, but whenever I get hungry I just can't think of anything else I want to eat.
