Food that you eat a lot/too much of

shrimp chips the yuzu and black pepper are the best. they are super bad for you but taste so dang good.
 
Pepperoni Pizza is probably number 1 on my list. I wish I didn't enjoy it so much..

Cheese! I love cheese way too much and put it on almost everything. It's especially bad because I'm lactose intolerant and I don't even care. I have to eat cheese no matter what.
 
peanut butter

i have to restrain myself cuz i could easily just dip a spoon in a jar of peanut butter and go to town

but like dang the fat and calories in just 2 tablespoons is horrifying
 
boba tea, it's the bane of my existence it's just too good! lol I'm cutting back on it now though, but that doesn't stop me from having massive cravings!
 
Cheese! Cheese on everything! More on my pizza, sandwiches, pasta, burgers, I love cheese.

Also just sweets in general. I could use to cut down on the sugary intake.
 
Cheese & Hot Cheetos. Together or separate, I don't care.




and broccoli...
 
I've been eating the same cereal for over a decade at least once a week and I've never grown tired of it. It's definitely not healthy, but it's just a nice energy boost in the morning and starts the day on a sweet note.
 
these popcorn crackers.. i mean they are basically corn and some spice so it so

and i love lentil snacks like crisps and lentil cheetos
 
i feel this - i eat cereal more than i eat anything else lmao

Other than that, I eat pizza almost every week- which I know is bad. But i'm extremely picky, so it is hard for me to find foods I love. (I am trying to get better though)

Yuuuup.

We may need to form a TBT Cereal Addiction Anonymous group...or I guess without the anonymous part since a few people have already openly confessed haha
 
Noodles. Taking big bites of noodles is probably the greatest of all time.
 
Pasta. I'm afraid I'm getting fat from it so I've been cutting back.
 
Industrialized sweets and chips in general :( currently i'm hooked on onion ring chips and jelly beans. I gotta learn to unlove these things some day, man... i've gotten a little pudge.
 
I eat way way wayyyyyyyy too many chips and popcorn! I literally eat popcorn and chips almost every day, it's pretty bad, but it's just too good and addicting and it's just so convenient haha!
 
I drink way too much Coke. I don't know if that counts.

But my diet is also 90% junk food, which at my age is going to start being a problem sooner rather than later. I also eat way more potatoes than is probably healthy.
