I know it sounds horrid but i can't believe they've finally put the ability in to force out villagers with the new update!!! Makes it easier to get rid of ones you dont like and get your dreamies!

Makes me feel a bit bad but how do you guys feel about it? Feels like nintendo have finally listened and made it possible to choose villagers with amiibo cards!

It does feel weirdly harsh for ACNL's incredibly therapeutic and calming and kind environment to just be able to force villagers out (especially since some of the villagers almost sound threatening about telling others to leave), but it is a lot more convenient.

I feel kinda bad, but also pretty happy! There are quite a few villagers that I REALLY want out of my town but.. I feel bad that I can just FORCE them to leave all of a sudden? It feels wrong but hopefully I can get all my dreamies much faster!

Hmmm, it does sound much easier to get dream villagers in this way, but doesn't it defeat the purpose of diversity and the randomness of life?

i dont feel bad bc the villagers are fake and not actual sentient beings

but when i can control life, i gladly do, so i appreciate the ability to control my fake game life even more

I do feel bad forcing villagers out, but at the same time, I feel like this is really convenient since you won't spent months bullying/befriending a villager you dislike because they got in the way of a path/PWP/etc.

Extremely satisfying. Makes the game more fun when I don't have to try cycling out villagers I don't want and lose another in the process.

I love it. I absolutely love it. I just wish I had more amiibo cards of the villagers I want to move it. But all my starters were my least favorite villagers this time around, and I've been able to get rid of some of them and replace them with villagers that I really like. Goodbye Cobb, hello Carmen! <3

Yeah true, that's the only problem I have is the fact I don't have a load of amiibo cards!

I like that they gave us that option only if we have amiibo cards for it. It is rewarding the people who have them and giving us a little bit of control. I'm basically going to use it only to make sure one villager stays in my town and let the others move in and out at will. Or if I want to see another villager again, all I have to do is pop in one of my amiibo cards. That way, I'll have the best of both worlds!

If only Toon Link could be used repeatedly XD.
Other than that... I think getting along with them is the best way.
Maybe I'll buy cards...
