I'm a bit confused.. :/

I did the flashy theme and barely made it. I'm not sure if I passed good enough for her store to open or if I didn't do good enough. She never said anything about it, so I'm not sure what to think of it.. :/

She'll open up. The same happened to me, but she still opened up.

If she never said she is going to open up or if she never gave you a piece of her collection, she won't open.
