Using Gen8's Chibi Maker
I have found out how to make them blink!
Now if you don't know how to do this you can just ask for one and I will make you a little blinking chibi like this...

Isn't it cute? (My mayor is ugly tbh)
But anyway...if you post a pic of your oc for me I can make you one for free (ofc, I'm using a genator, but I editing it, but still it's not my work so it has to be free, also why make people pay for cuteness? lol)
