I'd love this! 
My mayor is meant to be dressed as a Real Estate Agent for the cycle town I run.
She wears the HHA jacket, polka dot skirt, black stockings & school shoes. She also wears a lucky clover in her hair.
She usually has her hair done in a stylish bob--the colour of "burning love"
but she could also have black hair & green eyes (same kind of outfit)
I'm thinking of sometimes having her dress in the Gracie Waistcoat or
White Tuxedo Jacket, with the White patent shoes & formal black skirt.
Basically a skirt, jacket, nice shoes, bob haircut & a touch for personality like the clover or different coloured tights.
Sometimes she gets some cool spikes from bedhead!
She is usually helping out the villagers, moving boxes, gardening, or doing some business stuff! Very important business stuff!
