What Are You Working on at the Moment?

I'm currently writing an essay-story for a friend that I said I'd give to her in October, but never actually got the time to complete writing beyond the first page. Hopefully I can get it done before break is over, but honestly I don't think it really matters when anymore, seeing as I'm already two months late 😅

I'm currently trying to solve a sodoku cube without looking up how to do so. It's difficult ngl, but hopefully I'll be able to fix it since I already know how a regular rubicks cube is solved. But the cube itself is also really stiff and since it's cheap plastic it's hard to move, so fingers crossed it won't break.

The Harvest Home on violin. Also various scales and broken thirds. And practicing to backing tracks. That is when I’m able to actually practice. My cat is absolutely obsessed with violin. Every single time I start playing she jumps in my lap. I put her back down and start playing again and up she hops back onto my lap again. And repeat over and over 😂 so I’ve been kind of struggling getting any practice done lately. Might try working on some art a bit till I figure out a better way to practice without getting interrupted every 5 seconds. It would be frustrating if it also wasn’t so adorable lol

I'm trying to get my submission for Aethereal Aesthetics. I'm very behind on it.

Also trying to learn everything from chemistry because apparently I have an exam on it in a few months, and I did not listen to the teacher last year and we haven't touched chemistry for a year in the curriculum.

I'm working on some fanfics, a novel (which I'm co-writing with my boyfriend), a short story for ELA, and a Christmas album with a couple of friends. So, a LOT of writing and some singing.
So... an update on that novel... there are now six of them. Why did we do this to ourselves? We have no idea.

Otherwise, I've been hit by lovely writer's block and have barely worked on those fanfictions at all, BUT... I do have new songs in the works!

Im currently writing. I had alot written out, my novel. But I wanted to change something so I went back and re-wrote alot of it. I like how it's going now, and writing little fanfictions has broken my writer's block!

I also an hopefully gonna be at least done my 2D project, fingers crossed!! If my printer wasn't broken I could totally be making physical and not digital copies and be able to hand make and cut up images. Like my collage. I'd have loved to make a physical copy of that thing.

I'm working on a literature review about Yellowstone wolves! I've been researching them for a year (the state of conservation, overhunting, zoning and legal issues) and my final product is going to be a management proposal. I have to get an expert mentor in the subject as well for that final year.

Working on a crochet cat beanie ^_^

I made one the other day and it turned out pretty okay. It's just waaay too big xD
So I'm making another one with much softer yarn and actually did measurements this time T^T

I’m drafting up a story for my island journal that’s going to be about being transported from the real world into a New Horizons island. It’s based off dreams I sometimes have about being in the shoes of my player character and interacting with the animal villagers on a greater scale.

I’m taking my time in composing it, as it’s going to be a multi-chapter story (which I may release all at once) and want to have it be interesting enough at the start to get readers hooked into it. It may take a while to complete a full draft, and I’m also planning on taking pictures in both Photopia and Gmod to complement the detailed scenes. I’m hoping that I’ll be able to maintain interest in writing it for a bit.

...So we're making a seventh one...

Fun fact about these books, they were all inspired because of humanities assignments. The first one was called Through the Wreckage and was inspired by an assignment where we got a picture of someone and basically had to make headcanons about them, and then we built five more off of that. The most recent seventh one was created about 7 and a half hours ago and was inspired by our current project where we have to build an economic system for a colony on Mars of 1 million people. All of these are in the same universe. The seventh book is going to briefly cross over with our friend's separate space book as well.

Yeah my school is weird as hell... good novel material though so I will not be complaining.
