Like pocket camp we have friendship levels, i really hope we dont have that, i hate it

I never played Pocket Camp and only know about the Friendship level thing from reading about
PC related stuff, but I also hope they not gonna use it because I'm not a fan of something like
this. The way you can build up a friendship to a villager in New Leaf is fine enough, maybe they
could give it some development, but overall, it should stay like it is with no level system whatsoever.

yea no agreed, PC is fine. It was enough to hold my patents but there are many mechanics in the app that I really hope are in the switch version. but I doubt they will because of the slow pace nature of the game, it adds a sense of urgency that isn't really needed.

Very true! I do dislike that there is no way to know how far along the friendship ladder you are in New Leaf, but I really dislike how it works in Pocket Camp. I think it'd be nice to have some sort of easy to understand tool that shows you where exactly you are in terms of friendship, but you could equally go up or down the ladder as you do or don't interact with them. Not too much pressure of reaching a certain level, just something easy to see whether you should be talking to them more or not.

Pocket camp is fine for an app but I hope AC Switch is nothing like pocket camp (with the exception of putting some of the cool PC furniture in the switch game). I find that friendship levels as they are in pocket camp kind of take away the fun. It doesn't seem like a natural way of becoming friends, it feels like a robotic chore.

i hope not. it was fine in the mobile game but for a console game it wouldn't work imo

i probably wouldn't want a similar system like in pocket camp tbh. there are already some tell-tale signs in new leaf that tell you how good friends you are with a villager e.g. if they're sending you letters regularly without you having to send them there, and them giving you gifts... i highly doubt they'd implement it like PC though.

I'm not sure I would want friendship levels in the new game. When it comes to levels like they had in Pocket Camp, the higher the level you got, the longer it would be to level up to the next level. So, I hope they don't put it in the game. (No Leaf Tickets either please...)

I think that just some way to check how good of friends you are with a villager would be nice, nothing more than that, just so you could get an idea of where youre currently at with who
