Hi everyone!

I will use this thread to record my artist progress, hoping that it can inspire others to try to draw or paint if you really want to.

A little background, before this point I have zero background or experience at drawing, so far I have only color Laudine beautiful line art for the TBT Fair 2020 and do some signatures, but rather than having an artistic technique, signatures get closer to the realm of graphic design, another think I'm not trained at, but I'm really happy with my progress. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated and don't be afraid to try new things.

So far I can only share Laudine's 3 coloring pages I made.

Quick update, as part of an online curse I'm taking, we were tasked to give volume to this duck, is not perfect but cute, I spent around 25 minutes on it.

As a bigger tip, I tried to start little by little and adding to it, the advantage of digital art is that you can easily correct any mistake, so don't be afraid to go all in, ctrl+z is your friend.

What is this online curse that makes you do art? Cause I want it.
I'm also learning how to do digital art and I swear most of it at first is learning how to not be destructive with your art with layers, masks, and multiple saves.

It looks like the shadow under the head should be darker and angled differently if your light source is coming from the upper left from behind. I don't know if your task said to not alter the background but a shadow on the ground would help with perspective and show where the light source is.

Hi! thanks for the feedback! This time there was no background, but you are correct, I'm still working on that, I struggle with lights and shadows.
This is the course I'm taking, it is in Spanish, but has English subtitles, this pages has a lot of course and they are not that expensive imo.
