I panic for a moment when Tahlya gets hit, until I notice she was faking it to fool him. I continue chasing the hooded man, with my own gun out but with no intention to use it unless needed.

After several turns down the hall, I aim my gun at him once more, firing a shot into his leg. Finally hit!

After running for an extremely long period of time, I feel a burning sensation in my leg that could only be a shot. I fall down in pain, anticipating death.

I slow as I approach him on the floor, approaching carefully as I'm wary of the weapons that he still has. I move close enough to kick them from his hands.

I kneel down next to him, gun in hand in case he tries to rebel.

"You! I…I thought I got rid of you!"

(Fionna was almost shot, Tahlya pretended to be shot, now we caught the hooded guy who was shooting and he has an injured leg. We're further down the tunnel.)

I remove his hood, seeing his identity. He is a Toval in his early 30s, with tattoos under his eyes and on his cheekbones. He has slicked-back dark brown hair, and has blue eyes.

I listen to the questions they ask as the Aquillon girl takes off my hood.

"Did you plant the bomb that caused the sinkhole at the top of this cave?"

"Yes."

Of course you are... "Okay then, where does this tunnel lead? Does your oath prevent you from telling us that too?" I ask. Not like we can't just walk along and find out in a bit anyway.

"It's interconnected, like a labyrinth. There are several tunnels like this leading to different parts of the planet."

"So what you're saying is that if we could navigate these tunnels, providing we didn't get lost, we could use them to find everything that you guys use, as well as other members of your group?"

"Generally you could. However most of our members are off at some other planet. The only members in here at the time are myself and some of my superiors."

If anything, that makes it easier for us, since it means we won't end up massively out numbered if we try to go after any of them.

"Try it, I dare you. They are much more lethal than me, and even if you do get information, half of your little group will be dead."

I look at Fionna. "Should we try it?" I whisper.

"Honestly, I think he's underestimating us," I whisper back. "We're not even guaranteed to find anyone, but we could find size of their equipment. It's worth giving it a try. And this guy is already injured, I'm sure we could leave Wendy in charge of him so he doesn't cause more trouble."
