yes apparently according to the sign at the store and various sites you can use that 1 to get the others, means alot to me when I only seen them in mystery dungeon.

that's what I thought, although I'm wondering if someone trades me one, and I don't get one from the event, will I still be able to unlock the rest of the regi's?
