I mean like 30s, 40s, 50s....oldies.

Exactly. They said, "You weren't lying, when you said you like old songs.". That song isn't what I consider old.
It is, if they're playing it on the radio, because nowadays radio stations (the only one I know that would play that song), only seems to play recent songs, until people can't stand to listen to them, anymore.

It isn't old, unless it's older than me.

When I was younger, I went up to everyone in my grade and the grade below mine and poked their cheek, for no reason...
I also went up to people and said in a hushed voice, "You got the stuff?", and if they said no, I would slap them and say, "F*** you."....Surprisingly, I did have friends in school.

Lol, it's just English. We all speak English...Though, they all have heavy southern accents. So, sometimes it's difficult to get what they're saying.
I do speak a very very tiny bit of German, though...

I, honestly, don't think I have much of a southern accent...rarely, at least, which is weird, because I grew up around people with heavy southern accents.
