Getting a bad rating changed? (Mods, help)

Could a mod please PM me about this? I got a bad rating from a user because I was scammed and lied to. I don't want to go into detail about it, but could a Mod PM me and help me resolve this? I think it's horribly unfair that my perfect rating of 122 ratings was ruined because some jerk scammed me, and I wanted to let someone know. He gave me a revenge rating. He got 600 TBT for nothing, so I don't see how he has any reason to o give me a bad rating. Surely I'm not the bad guy here? =/

I don't care about the TBT bells at all, but I hope a Mod can see that this is unfair for a revenge bad rating.
