Getting more friend request than normal?

Lately it seems I've been getting more random friend requests than usual. The usual would be 1 every like, 2 weeks to a month. Now I'm gettin them almost daily. As far as I know it's not anyone here(?), tumblr, twitter or ACC, unless they just didn't tell me. Alot of them are below level 100 too. Incase anyone did send them out, my name on Pocket Camp is Jerico, she's a tan girl wearing the stardust hat, dress and star sunglasses rn.

Anyone else gettin random requests?

I noticed I started getting more frequent friend requests since joining this forum.

Hmm i guess it's just coincidence, sometimes i'll get a few adds a week and then get no adds for ages, but joining the forum has increased the level of friend requests.

I always thought that the more you play, the more Nintendo puts your character in other players' game to go and talk to. Since many of the quests now involve giving kudos or playing together, I think you get more friendship requests from players who are looking to add more active friends to unlock these quests with. In any case, I also got more requests the past weeks!

I never noticed people add me as a friend, mostly because I ask fro friends instead of people ask me for being my friend.

I’d like to see a friend goal where you get fortune cookies by adding new people.

I honestly wish they would increase the friend list size. It's too small

I noticed during flower events I get more friend requests, but I'm not sure how it works.
I go a while without requests, to randomly getting like 6.

They wont do that cause allot of ppl have full friends lists and lately they have been updating for player who has played since the beginning I feel like...

I remember one time recently, I had gotten around 10 friend requests in a short time span. I don't even know who the people are that are sending me these requests lol

But yeah usually I just get one every couple days.

There was an event a while back where adding friends could get you a bunch of leaf tickets. I'm hoping they do something like that again soon!
