You have the power to take any Pokemon of your choice and give it a new move. It could be a move that already exists, or a newly created move. It doesn't have to be a signature move, but it could be if you'd like! If you make a new move that you would like multiple Pokemon to learn, feel free to list them all. Here's an example, and my first choice:

Pokemon: Hydrapple
Name: Syrup Geyser
Type: Grass
Category: Special
PP: 5
Power: 150
Accuracy: 100%
In-Game Description: The user thrashes about, shooting explosive streams of superheated sticky candy syrup everywhere. The lower the user's HP, the lower the move's power.
Effect: It's Eruption/Water Spout/Dragon Energy, but a grass version. It has 150 base power at maximum HP, but the base power decreases proportionally to the user's remaining HP.

There is no grass version of Eruption, and although there's nothing really wrong with Fickle Beam, it would be so cool to see Hydrapple get a grass version of an Eruption type move.

Alternatively, I would also be happy if Hydrapple could have access to Dragon Energy.

Pokemon: Aegislash
Name: King's Sword
Type: Steel
Category: Special
PP: 5
Power: 100
Accuracy: 100%
In-Game Description: The user attacks the target with a slash from its metal body that cannot be evaded. This move inflicts damage using the Attack or Sp. Atk stat—whichever is higher for the user. If the target is protecting itself, the move does double damage.
Effect: King's Sword deals damage. If the user's Attack stat is higher than its Special Attack stat, King's Sword becomes a physical move; otherwise it is a special move. During the execution of King's Sword, all ignorable Abilities are ignored (e.g. Multiscale). If the target is using protection moves (e.g. Protect), King's Sword bypasses the move and deals double damage.

Pokemon: Falinks
Name: Battle Barrage
Type: Fighting
Category: Physical
PP: 10
Power: 15 (Multistrike move: 15 power for the first 5 strikes, and 30 power for the sixth strike. 105 total base power of all strikes hit.)
Accuracy: 90%
In-Game Description: The user sends their troopers to attack one after another. The brass will attack too, if all troopers landed their hits.
Effect: Like Population Bomb and Triple Axel, this multistrike move requires an accuracy check between each strike. If any strike fails, the move ends.

I'd love to see another strong Fighting move option on Falinks that isn't Close Combat, a move that sadly expends their No Retreat defenses.
This would require a Wide Lens or Loaded Dice for consistency, but I'd accept it.

This looks fun, so I'll give it a go.

Pokemon: Lucario
Name: Steel Armor
Type: Steel
Category: Status
PP: 15
Power: N/A
Accuracy: 100%, but has a higher chance of failing after multiple consecutive uses (like Protect)
In-Game Description: The user cloaks themselves in a shiny, hardened armor of steel that protects against all moves and incoming damage.
Effect: Steel Armor works much like the move Baneful Bunker that Toxapex uses, except instead of inflicting a status condition upon contact, any Pokemon that makes contact with Steel Armor fails to do damage, and also raises the wielder's Attack stat by two stages.

I'm not feeling particularly creative right now and might have to come up with something original later, but for now I'll just say that I would give Gourgeist access to Shadow Claw so that it could have a Physical Ghost-type move that isn't the weak Shadow Sneak or the two-turn Phantom Force. I love Pumpkaboo and Gourgeist but Gourgeist is kind of tragically narrow in its usability and Game Freak, in their infinite wisdom, decided to give it access to a bunch of Special moves that it can't get great use out of with its awful Special Attack stat.

Like, come on.
