So I just got a Windows XP disk in the mail. I had a USB. I thought I could have 2 OSes: Windows 10 installed on my hard drive, and Windows XP on my USB. So I booted from the CD-ROM and tried to install it on a USB. Halfway in, it blue screens, and when I try to boot into my Hard Drive I get this crap:
"Windows could not start because of a computer disk hardware configuration problem.
Could not read from the selected boot disk. Check boot path and disk hardware.
Please check the Windows documentation about hardware disk configuration and your hardware reference manals for additional information."

Also when I boot from USB it will:
Go to Windows Setup if CD-ROM is in or
Load XP like it's installed normally, then blue screen.

When I boot from CD-ROM:
DOES THE SAME AS THE USB
