well i use it all the time, and gracie grace shop gave me 20% off each item.

Isn't that because it's the winter sale right now? o.0

i know this is a VERY late reply, but anyways. no because she told me if i use the card i will get 20% off, and this happen in december.

It does nothing at all, it is only a progress marker, like the tissue box, and the piggy bank. It shows others how far you've progressed monetarily.
