I was just wondering, why use the chat?
Imo the chat is more confusing because then you get multiple people asking for her at the same time.
While on the forum you get a lot and then you choose one, contact them, exchange FCs, and that's it~*.
I've adopted two villagers and the trades were always simple and fast.

I've done item trades and stuff like that before and it was kind of taxing on me to conduct them over the forums, but sometimes people would skype me about them instead and it was a lot easier on me. so sorry if it was more confusing and stressful for everyone else on the other end?? I will consider doing something different next time, perhaps. ( :
