Good-bye, Temps!

The day finally arrived: Friday, January 23, 2015. (Game date: Saturday, May 24, 2014.)

Temps is no more. (Its Dream Address lives on: 5000–3659–5197.)

The remaining cast (and they are all good):

1. Elmer (who is an underrated Lazy horse whose goal is to become a cop)
2. Broffina (given to me by fellow Bell Trees Forum member Sugapuff, for my original town Applewin, the often brassy Broffina—who provided some comic relief—was kept by me for practically one whole year)
3. Tom (a good-hearted Cranky cat who was in Temps right on Day #01!)
4. Mira (who is one good-looking rabbit)
5. Kiki (a sweetie who deserves to experience hitting the Top Tier on Hound00med's popular villagers thread)
6. Marshal (who was original to Temps)
7. Lyman (who is a delightful Jock)
8. Zucker (who was original to Temps and required over 100 plot-resettings out of me!)
9. Tipper (who is one of just three cows in "Animal Crossing: New Leaf"; she deserves to not be overlooked)
10. Biskit (who, not unlike Kiki, is terrific and deserves to rank much better in Bell Tree Forums' popularity)​

Temps did not have much of a future in terms of my developing it into anything special. Admittedly, I made some wrong decisions. (This includes my choice for a location of Mayor Alicia's house.) And I had troubles, for months, getting a Snooty to ping me for a fuller slate of Public Works Projects. That is, the Public Works Projects which are suggested specifically by Snooty villagers. I never received one for, say, the Modern Clock. It took a long time to get a suggestion for the Modern Streetlight. I wasn't attempting this every day I played Temps. That's because, I came to realize, Temps didn't motivate me enough. (And it disappointed me, frankly, because I clocked a good amount of the last ten months, as I started it last March, with not one but two Snooty villagers consistently present. Remaining at the end of Temps are Broffina and Tipper; but, for a while, I also had Ankha, who I had transferred from my also-gone town Progress, as well Mathilda. I started Temps with Queenie as my initial Snooty.)

I have moved on to developing a brand-new town. No Dream Address will become established, for that new town, until I think it's presentable.
