Am I missing something here? I haven't seen Gracie in my town ONCE and I really want to expand to T&T Emporium but I can't without getting her fashion checks!
I've been playing since June and I've had a perfect town for over a month and yet she still hasn't come... Do I need to change something in order for her to come? I am wearing QR code clothes.... that might have something to do with it?
Gracie doesn't have anything to do with perfect town: it has to do with how much you've spent at TIY. Think tens of thousands of bells. For me, it took probably 6 weeks after I got TIY for her to show up for the first time, since I'm not a huge buyer.
You need to have spent at least 100k for her to show up, and when she shows up is completely random~ If you have an expensive item in your catalog like the Black Katana, you could order a couple and you would know for sure that you've spent 100k. :3
I don't think it does, can't say for sure though. I just bought out everything in the store that counted for it until I finally saw Gracie at the plaza.
Its an easy time of year to spent a lot in the shop with all the halloween furniture and carpet and wallpaper. If you also buy the record you can easily spent like 10k a day. I`ve been doing that for quite a while now so I expect Gracie to show up soon.
