Gracie was in my town today. Answer her questions then get insulted by her certificate with a shirt attached (if the shirt is a Moldy Shirt, it's actually a rare shirt).
The thing is, you have to keep pestering her to buy one of her exclusive designs. She'll ask you to make an offer. She will give you not only another shirt, but an accessory, too. I offered 1500, but I didn't get a Gracie shirt.
Gracie will hand out three "ensembles" per visit. With my alternate players, I offered 2000, but I didn't get a Gracie shirt (Kiwi) until I offered 2500.
