Hello everyone! I discovered these boards on Twitter while looking for a dream villager. It has been a long time since I joined a forum. Animal Crossing means a lot to me. I used to frequent the Animal Crossing Ahead forums (AXA) around 2002-2005; back when the feeling of AC for the GameCube was in the air. I've gained great friends and have seen quite a few wonderful relationships develop between people who connected through the game. Anyways, it is my pleasure to join your lovely forums. Admittedly, it is my primary goal here to acquire some of my dream villagers, which I quickly found are referred to as "Dreamies". It looks like I have a few things to learn in regards to the customs of how villagers are exchanged and legitimate interest is expressed, although I'm quick to learn through experience. But I digress, I look forward to communicating with another part of the Animal Crossing community ^_^

Haha! Yeah, I've been around the internet. I've been watching trades/giveaways to see how they work out. I'd like to design myself a signature/avatar set but I'm having difficulty downloading CS5 on my new hard drive.

Yeah, I feel you on expressing villager interest part. When I first joined, I was like "What's a dreamy, and why do people have pixeled villagersn in their signatures--as if they didn't see those animals enough while playing." Learned it's a screening process, lol.

Your current signature looks nice as it is, clean and contemporary. I use an online editor (pixlr.com) to make quick easy signatures.

Oh, thank you! Yeah, it kind of came to me after a while that people want villagers beyond just keeping them in their town, which is sad really :/

Glad you think my signature is nice; making due with what I have. I'll definitely try out pixlr though.
