Hi everyone 
Thought I’d be polite and say hi before probably going back to lurking...
I’m Kirstie, U.K.based, loooong time Animal Crossing fan here (we’re talking GameCube days), but I’ve been hammering NH and PC pretty extensively since lockdown started (like, the OG one) but came across this place and figured I’d talk to some other people since I can’t go outside and do that.
One thing I’ve noticed about NH is that people pick such lovely names for their islands when they first start. When I started my island and was asked to pick a name, I panicked and couldn’t think of a good name...
... so I called my island ‘Dave’. Nothing cute, or funny, or pretty-sounding... no. ‘Dave’.
So, hello from the humble island nation of Dave.
