100 TBT is for both Avatar and Sig request, right? Also you didn't put Island Rating in the form and you want to put your character for the avatar despite you wrote villager for Avatar Type. If so, I'll just assume you really don't want to put Island Rating for the Sig and you want your character to be drawn instead of villager for the Avatar

Yeah I don't want a rating (Since rn I'm busy constructing my island and don't really care about the rating). The character is my AC villager, I posted the pic since it's the most recent picture and the style I go with so you had a reference.
