Even the simple backgrounds you listed are a little too fancy for my taste, though maybe it is just the bright colors (I prefer darker colors, or at least greater contrast, so that the signature does not feel like it is just a giant bright painting into which all the text and sprites melt, if that makes any sense).
I would like for a signature that is really simple and only as big as it has to be (I prefer small signatures). As an example of my taste, here is a banner I had done for my message board: http://theinfinityprogram.com/styles/baisik/xenforo/infinity.jpg It's simple, small, and does not have a colorful, busy background.
Obviously, the signature requires a lot more information to be included than that banner, so it likely has to be taller and will certainly have more detail. I don't mean to cut any of that out, only that anything that is unnecessary can be left out.
Of course, if you feel like adding a little artistic flair here or there, I don't mind, but I leave that up to you.
By the way, if you want to risk adding a background because you think it would be nicer, I don't mind, but as with everything else I leave that to your discretion. I only want to impress my preference for minimalism.

I don't know if she made them or if they're just standard Animal Crossing grass patterns, but I can try to find a pattern very similar if one is available! What kind of colour scheme are you looking to have? I can try my best at your request, and if you don't like it, you don't have to pay! But yeah, any similar pattern would be cool, too.
I am fond of a black and gray with light blue and white for contrast. I hope that works as a scheme. If not, something similar that you think would work better is fine.

A little more detail and artistic flair for the signature would be fine.

Instead of having a separate part for dreamies obtained. I would just want you to have all my dreamies scattered around the signature and put stars buy the dreamies I have. And in the corner write dreamies obtained = the star picture you use.
