I read many, many of these pages and didn't see anything on this, so here goes.... In some of the pictures people are posting a few show 3 rooms for villagers. Are my eyes playing tricks on me or is there a point in the game where that happens?

Hi sidewalk: if you're outside the house and choose the rug option, your choices are small, medium, large, and tile. Choose tile, and it will give you one tile, just like in New Leaf. You can copy and rotate tiles, just like furniture, so it's much easier to make paths.

Anyone know who unlocks the 3ds item the first four or five items in the last row of sprites in this picture: http://www.spriters-resource.com/fullview/68353/??

Hiya: I can't look at the sprite sheet easily 'cos I'm on mobile, but I think this Q did come up before. If it's what I think it is, it's an image of the DS you see on the desk upstairs in Nook's Homes.

Is there a way to select quantity of an item? For example, if I want 10 of a flower displayed outside, is there a way I don't have to go into the plant section and then click on that flower 10 times?

put the item out, hold L or R button and click on the item you want to copy as many times as you need it.

you have to invite them over the amiibo phone and remake their home. atleast thats what worked for me

It's not a villager. It's a place holder whenever exchanging villagers from assigned roles as far as I know

I came to ask this too. Whenever I hit L or R on the page of the item I want the screen just changes to the next page of items.

Edit: I figured it out.

You put down the first of the item you want several of.
Hold down the L or R button.
THEN tap the item you want to make multiples of. It'll then pop up in the nearest space.
