Animal Crossing made me want to eat a mango for the first time. They're so sweet & yummy! They're soft and they taste like peaches & oranges. I'm normally not all that adventurous when it comes to food, but I had to get more fruit into my daily routine. I chose to buy a couple of mangos and I was not disappointed!

Has AC ever given you the idea to try something new/do something in real life?

You know now that I think about it... yes it has! I remember once I think it was marina who wanted a fruit to make something and that inspired me to make the pie or something that she wanted to make (can’t remember which one it was lol) I feel like animal
Crossing also encouraged me to try fishing again. I went fishing with my uncle last summer

Yes, definitely! Well, Wild World did, anyway. I used to like talking to all my villagers, and normal villagers would often tell me of new recipes they tried or what their favorite dishes or drinks were, so I tried cooking spaghetti once, giving it the same amount of time boiling as the options diplayed gave it (only I didn't fling mines on the wall. Maybe I should've tried that, too. I wonder if it would add to the flavour?) The spaghetti came out really good!

I was also wondering what milk tea was, since I'd never heard of it prior to playing Wild World, yet I kept reading villagers liking it and I looked it up to see if there really was such a thing. And there was! I tried out the recipe for myself using black tea, some coconut milk and some honey and ever since then it became a favorite drink of mine aside from iced cold coffee and a few other drinks. :)

Yep! I never really tried different fruits before, but then I tried eating some peaches in a peach pie and omigosh! It was so good! Those lazy villagers really love eating food and I have to admit, I do too! Lazies always talk about so many new dishes I never really heard of and so I always look them up after hearing a new one. I think I even tried a couple and they were sooooo good.

I even have to admit another thing. It even inspired me to try to catch bugs again! When I was in grade school, at recess I was always on the lookout to catch grasshoppers and ladybugs, so I think I might just bring up the courage to catch them again if I find them. :D

I tried gardening because of it. Made different vegetables, and flowers last through an entire summer. It was a lot more difficult than I thought it would, but I still enjoyed it. All thanks to AC

I don't think I was inspired to do anything from the game, but that I picked up the game because I already had interested in things from it. Like, I already enjoyed gardening, fishing, catching animals/insects, etc. I enjoy casual slice of life type games like AC because it's a way to take hobbies I already have and accomplish things that can't be done irl.

Buuuut if there was anything I would want to try, it'd be the balloon popping honestly. Slingshotting seems so fun, never done it irl, and I think in AC it's always the first badge I get golden in.

I don't know if Animal Crossing really inspired me to do this, but this year I've been quite better with my social life. I mean it still has its ups and downs and I'm really only getting started here, but I think this game might have had an impact on me in that way.

Now that I think about it, no not really. At least I can't remember if Animal Crossing ever inspired me to try something out in the past.

Actually yes, Animal Crossing made me like to research about fish and bugs. Now I have a biology major because of that.
