Has anyone found a decent amiibo case?

A lot of cases that hold more than six amiibos are really expensive.
I need to travel soon and I'd like to bring all my amiibos so they dont get stolen.
I'm not sure what to type in to get a good result for some cheap cases that will hold them alright.
Since any that are labeled "amiibo" are going to cost more.

Cases for the statues or cards? I keep my cards in a photo album, (the non sticky kind) each slot holds 2 cards and they tend to be acid free. Standard baseball card books fits well too, but they tend to be bulky since you're traveling. As for statues, I'd use a box that's made for bottles (with the sections), and bubble wrap them.

If you're looking for card storage I would get some baseball card binder inserts and a 3 ring binder to put them in. And you can put your own binder cover in if you'd like!

As for figures, I think a box with inserts (such as ones that you get from purchasing drinking glasses) would do fine. Just be sure to put some bubble wrap around them to keep them from jostling around in travel. They could get broken.

I use the Ultra Pro brand plastic card boxes. Keeps them feeling new-ish.

For the figures I'm using the cheap plastic Sterilite 6 quart "shoe boxes". Cost me a buck each at the local grocery store.

Ohhh I box made for bottles sounds like a good idea to try out
I've done that before with certain clothing items rolled up.

I keep all my amiibo cards in a binder with those card pocket pages.
I got little folder thingys originally that were made for them with japanese covers but they only held one card per page Dx
So then I just got a pack of the card page things.

I try to do that when I'm not using them, mainly for my Fire Emblem ones though and Wolf Link.
But it makes sense. I've kept almost every box besides like Tom Nooks box.

Maybe you could find something decent at the dollar store? Dollar stores (at least where I live) have really stepped up their game when it comes to bins or baskets.

This is a good thread. I did the 9-pocket card holders in a binder for my amiibo cards, but my figures are just cluttered on a table, right now. I really should find a permanent home for them.

I personally only take a couple of amiibo someplace (maximum of four or five if it fits into my travel case) if I even take any amiibo some place (I have a 90 piece collection at the moment whoops). The travel case I'm talking about is the RDS one that comes in black, red or blue. Advertised to fit up to four amiibo but especially with the smaller amiibo you might be able to squeeze six in there. Bought it because of its hard cover and small pocket to fit a 3DS and some games in with it too. Here is a link to it. Apparently is at Gamestop for five bucks, but I'm not too sure about the prices as I don't live in North America.

I just bought one of those Ultra Pro Deck Boxes for my amiibo cards. I don't really plan on carrying the statues with me but if I did I would probably use a bag of some sort (I have a lot of little drawstring bags lying around that I could use).

...it has Nyan Cat on it.

This is not really for travel, but amiibos fit well in cases for model cars. It is a nice was to display several of them without having them get covered in dust.

Not in stores. Iv'e seen some online that look nice, but they are pricey. Currently, i use an old cig box that I painted/decorated to store amiibo cards. It satisfies me how perfectly they fit.

For the figures, I just keep 'em on the shelf. Dusted regularly.
