I've been playing daily since release. I love my island and don't want to get rid of it but I'd love to start over at the same time - SO I was considering trying the island transfer tool to put my current island on my Switch Lite and then starting a new island on my main Switch.
I was hoping this way I could have both but before I tried it I figured I'd ask here.
My questions are:
1: Would I even be able to do this with the same Nintendo account linked to both Switch? I can't create a new account because my copy of the game is a digital download...
2: If I achieved this, would I be able to visit my new island from my old one? I'd like to give myself some of my own stuff if possible.
3: Anything else I should know from those who have used the tool?
