Has your phone ever removed/moved files randomly?

Recently my phone decided to put all my photos, half my play list into the enternal storage... now I dont have any photos, and I have no idea on why that happened... im taking my phone to have it looked at

Has this happened to anyone else? If so, were you able to fix it?

Yes. When I got a new phone and transferred things from my old one, most of my photos (primarily screenshots) disappeared. I’m not too upset about it though, and have started from the ground up since then with new pictures.

I haven’t personally had this issue. I wouldn’t know the cause of it either. I hope you can fix the issue and/or at least recover your files.

I've noticed that a lot of my photos have gone missing -- mainly the oldest photos, from like 2016 or earlier. Not sure where they've gone, or if I can even get them back. Pretty weird!!
I think maybe they could be on iCloud, but to be honest I... don't know... how to like... access that? No wait I figured out how to access iCloud, and the missing photos aren't there, oh well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Not that I've noticed, I don't have too many files; I upload my pictures off my phone fairly often.
