Have you ever been in trouble with the law?

Eh, I only got accused of shoplifting by an old cranky employee because I was "laughing too much".

And no, I've never been in trouble with the law.

I got told off by a cop at Intermediate (I think that's like the first two years at secondary school for those scratching their heads at the New Zealand education system). He came in one day to do some friendly exercise thingy with us, one of the tasks being cutting out some thingy made of paper. I'm lazy and couldn't be assed cutting perfectly, so I rushed it and the cut I made was super wobbly. He got annoyed and made me redo the thing about three times until it was peeerrrfect!

Unfortunately I still can't cut properly...

At collage one of our teachers was away so we had a temp teacher from Alabama USA who was ex-military. We had some real idiots in my class so he held us all back and unleashed his inner drill sergeant. I got away from it though cause I was a good kid so he let me free ^-^

The closest to getting in trouble I've ever been was being detained long enough to verify evidence that cleared me of any wrong-doing.

I have a ... problem with cameras. They freak me the heck out. They have since I was little. I have to consciously not look up in stores in order to avoid accidentally seeing the security cameras or I could have a breakdown. My girlfriend has to do things like paint over the lenses on my 3DS cameras with opaque lacquer before I can use them.

So, of course, one day some idiot comes up and starts waving a camera around asking for a picture because I have a rather unusual appearance. I warned him not to and to get the camera away from me. He didn't listen. I saw a camera flash. The next thing I was aware of was sirens as police and an ambulance showed up. The ambulance was for the guy who used to have a camera. That was in pieces. Along with his face. Apparently I blacked out and basically smashed the camera into his face until it fell apart.

So, yeah. The police detained me, quite understandably, until they were able to verify with my therapist that I did actually have an uncontrollable fear of cameras, and with witnesses at the scene that I had warned him I'd have no control over what happened if he didn't stop with the camera. Last I heard, the guy was fine, but I had broken a couple of teeth and his nose. Hopefully the medical bills taught him a lesson about respecting other people's wishes and warnings.

not really but i was once involved in an incident where i had to be a witness in court, i wasn't really in trouble for anything but overall it was a pretty bad experience

When I was like 6 or something we stayed at a Travelodge and pulled the fire alarm, the whole hotel had to evacuate and they never found out it was us. ABOVE THE LAW!

Also had to talk to the police once because there was a fire right by the bus stop when we were walking home, and even though we were the ones who called it in they had to get stories from each of us to find out if it was us who did it, they called my house cause I went home after we reported it. LMAO

Not particularly... I've been escorted home by the police because some creepy guy trapped me in his car when I was like 16 and tried to make me do inappropriate things, but someone called the cops and I was able to stay calm and hold him off long enough before they showed up. That was scary. My boyfriend has been in jail for getting a DUI and marijuana charge, so I've been in the jail to visit number of times. One of the prison gaurds verbally assaulted me because I was shy, quiet, and nervous. I just cried and started shaking and ran out. My dad actually went in and started yelling at her and she tried to report ME for being a problem. They think they have so much power, it's pathetic. I hope they fired her.

I could have gotten arrested for being in a public park past hours, but the police officer was pretty nice and just told us we couldn't be there... a few friends and I were playing pokemon go the first day it came out and we were out pretty late looking for stuff.

The only other issue with the law I've had was one night I was with some friends at a bar and this guy we didn't know was really drunk and starting to try to fight everyone outside and was making threats so my fiance called the police. He left by the time the police got there and we were the only other people in the parking lot and the officer accused us of making a false report and threatened to arrest us for it.

We didn't end up getting arrested, but that's really the only police interaction I've had.

I never faced any law trouble, but I have seen my colleague facing the trouble of law. But thankfully, she was able to deal with all this very easily with the help of a lawyer Bechara tarabay. She got to know about the lawyer from this website. I think facing the law becomes easier if we have any professional help.

If you count parking violations, then yes, unintentionally also, because I think someone stole my college parking pass as it was not there when I received the ticket
