I'm not sure if this is considered strange because people do eat it but it is for me. I don't understand how people can eat livers from an animal? When I first tried it, all I taste is metal (though it is rich in iron) and it gets in the way of enjoying foods.
I wasn't sure if this was strange, but I had an appetizer that contained raw beef and other ingredients at the French restaurant a couple of years ago. It was delicious and I served it with a few slices of baguette. I did not get sick to be honest. The chefs cleaned the raw beef before serving.
Not sure if this counts but I tried out once some kind of cheese, it was apparently made of yogurt and an
another ingredient, they said it would be "good for your health" (they advertised it as being part of some
kind of "healthy food selection"). Looked actually kinda delicious, but when I took a bite, I almost spitted
it out. It had such a strange and strong taste, not sure how I can explain it, but all I can say is that it was
far away from being tasty, at least for me.
