Have you ever messed with a ouija board?

I heard a story from a family member, where her and her friends messed with one. Until an evil spirit predicted one of their deaths. Which came true. They never touched a board again and I've been told to Never ever go near one.

The problem is, while effective w/ communicating w/ spirits, you never know if you're going to get a good one or a mischievous one. Maybe I'm superstitious. Don't care. I'm not chancing it!

I had one back when I was a teenager. My friends and I used it quite a bit...took it to graveyards, deserted houses, all sorts of places. It was fun and interesting, especially when someone who wasn't playing with it asked a question none of us knew the answer to and the board got it right.

Then, I had one scary experience where the pointer went all crazy, then started spelling out threats. I haven't messed with one since.

I don't know if I really believe a spirit can talk to you through those things, though. It could have just been our subconscious the whole time.

Yes often, my mom had one and often played with it when I was little. She had an old wooden one. Later I bought a new one for $3 with the cursor (?) in plastic but it's pretty much useless. Won't even tell me where the remote control is.

As a kid I was asking questions like the name of someone and it was always right. I don't know how though.
I don't believe in such things yet, I like playing with those, go figure...

Ah it's called the pointer? Yes I experienced something like that too, no threats but it was going in all directions and nobody was touching, I was not even able to stop it.

I have a few experiences from about 10 years ago and it was pretty crazy. We asked the name of the person and it spelled "Ron" which is the name of a family friend who lived with us until he passed away in his sleep one night. I remember I was playing Mario Kart DS and they asked what character I was playing as and it spelled "Mario." I was playing as Luigi. Close enough lol
