Have you prepared your pier for Kapp'n?

I always expected him to dock there (though I did start losing hope) so I never did too much except a little bit of fishing gear.

I've cleared everything that was on there off for now. There wasn't a whole lot on there in the first place though.

I was unaware that you could place items directly on the pier itself so I've never put anything on it, and I'm not going to be playing the game until the update and DLC are released, so I'm not going to prepare anything for his arrival. However, like you have in the picture, I've had those tiki torches at the start of the pier for a long time.

My dock still has a rope fence along its entire length on the top side, from the old glitch that allowed you to place fencing on the dock. I only plan on removing as much fencing as necessary to be able to use Kapp'n, because I actually kind of like how it looks.

Yeah, kinda. I need to take a screenshot but it's not something super fancy, as my pier isn't the longest. Kapp'n is cool, so even though I'm not spending some time preparing my island for the update, I thought that I should at least decorate the pier for him.

Moondust was decorated but I don't think I've touched the beach at all in Faelands yet? I'm not in a rush though!

Oh I thought I was nearly done with cleaning up my island thank you for mentioning this I’ll have to get right to it Kapp’n deserves the best of course

I added a few walls (face standees) on the port area for decoration, so i guess you can say its decorated

I still have my fishing rods and cooler on it. If they are poorly placed, I will move them. If the boat is nicely placed between them, I will keep them there.

I made no changes to my pier for Kapp'n, lol. Just put two fish models on there a long time ago because why not, but that's it:

I had a little seating area on my dock but I removed all the furniture to make room for Kapp’n. I unfortunately have the shorter dock so there’s not much room for decor that won’t block his boat.

He is perfectly positioned so that I don't have to redecorate. looks pretty good there, too.

I'm not changing my dock for him right now. I barely had any decor on there since I have the shortest pier possible -_- I can put 2 items on it without blocking him. I'm sad lol

my dock is currently entirely empty because I just didn’t end up having enough time to prepare, but making it cosy for kappn is definitely on the to do list!

I forgot to prepare, so there were still a bunch of toys from Toy Day on my dock. I had to move them because I couldn't talk to Kapp'n.

Yup haha didn't even think ahead for poor Kapp'n lol, but I had already decked out my dock with cute pastels I found over on twitter <3 I can perfectly get on his boat too : )
