Yeah, one time it was really inactive and I was bored, so I read through it lmao. There have also been times when I skimmed through it to check things
yes, and I've even linked it numerous times to people to show them they're not supposed to do X thing

I did when I joined and probably never will again. It's basically common sense.
I did read them, but I'm not a liar...
Of course no one's going to study the guidelines, and of course most rules are common sense, but you should make sure you understand the ones that aren't.
You should at very least take a look at them before you're going to do something that involves other users.
