Having trouble with 3DS Image Share

So I went to this website: http://www.nintendo.com/3ds/image-share/
The instructions told me to open up my internet browser on my 3ds and go to https://i.nintendo.net/ , so I typed that into the address bar. But when I hit enter it said "The page could not be found."
So then I tried scanning the QR code instead. It says url found, I launch the browser, and then there's a communication error. I've tried going to the website both ways at least 5 times and they don't work.
Can someone help me out? And am I the only one running into this problem?

I was able to set it up on my 3DS just then. Check the internet connection etc. I guess? I've had some nasty issues with Nintendo devices trying to connect to the internet of late, my Wii U is dead to the net and my 3DS is suddenly super slow.

It was the internet connection. I thought it might have been that, but the connection for my laptop was just fine. Well anyway, thanks ^^

having same issues, i've reset my internet and still not working.

I've had problems of the page loading but tumblr's login page not loading 100% meaning I can't put my login details in.
I've heard though that if you keep trying it'll eventually work...
