Health Help

When I'm sweating, usually when I'm picking up cattle, it's very hot. I put my handkerchief in the water. then I put it under my hat. the water refreshes your head swimming as you said it is also a good way to keep cool. Good, good luck!

Do you perhaps have a yeast infection of the skin? My brother had something that sounds similar to what you're going through. He developed a burning, blistering rash on his chest and underarms that was irritated by sweat and products like deodorant. He had to apply an anti-fungal cream, stop working outside and expose the affected areas to sunlight, which helped to kill the infection. If your doctor hasn't already ruled out that possibility, you might talk to them about it.

I did also have a friend in high school that had overactive sweat glands. Her underarms would sweat to the point it would run down her arms. She intended to have surgery to fix it, but I don't know that she ever did.

Just talk to your doctor about better treatment options and tell them that what you're currently doing isn't working.

oh that sounds horrible
my hands sweat a lot (like i dont even remember a time when my hands have been normal)
but thats about it. i hope it gets better for you! :<

i understand what you mean because i have sorta sweaty palms as well. my palms started getting a bit sweaty whenever i started junior high because i was always overwhelmed. i think that it might just be a genetic thing, but stressing out about it makes it worse. since im bad at handling stress, i'll usually just wash my hands with cold water or place them in front of a mini fan. i also had to re-adjust the air vent in my room because it was much warmer than the rest of my house (this helped quite a bit but not completely). i know these methods won't work 100%, but i hope it helps! good luck :)
