Wow I haven't been part of any AC-related community since ACC when I was just a kid and WW was the newest thing... I was excited to find such an active-looking forum here for the game, since there's so much more online activity that I've never tried before and want to start trying now!

I got New Leaf when it came out, but stopped playing long ago. For that 'playthrough', I specifically avoided online guides, communities, and cheats so I could play 'blind' and discover on my own. Because of that, despite owning the game so long, there's a lot I don't know. I regained my interest in AC recently and decided to start over with a new town and with some more online 'assistance' to help me out this time, heheh.

I hope this town is much better than any AC town I've tried before, and I'm already getting so many great ideas through the things players have shared online. I'm excited to make some AC friends too, so it's nice to meet you all!

I think playing acnl 'blind' would be a pretty cool experience! it is how I played for the first 5 months, though! I was awed by the concept of dreamies and owning more than 50,000 bells at a time lol!
