Hi, everybody! I'm Yuna (obviously) but my real name is Jodie (though I often go by JoJo instead of that). I got the limited edition New Leaf XL the day after release and have been hooked since, though I've been playing AC since I got WW with my DS all those years back. I joined these forums hoping to find a more casual place for conversation because, alongside being a busy student, I am actually in charge of several subsections on a major forum dedicated to another Nintendo series and I find that because of that work I struggle to approach those forums with the same leisurely attitude I once had. Hopefully I can make some friends here in an environment that might be a bit more relaxed for me!

Thank you for the welcome c: Always nice to meet another newbie. I am indeed a fan! I've been hoping very much to try the remasters but I've yet to weigh up whether it's worth getting a new console for; I haven't actually been getting Sony consoles since the PS2, which used to be my biggest time sink before things moved on and I got more handhelds and a Wii and 360.

Welcome! It's always great to have a new face around the forums. There are lots of different types and ages of people here - new and old AC players too. I've played WW, CF and now NL, of course. I looked at a few different AC forums, but, in my opinion, the Bell Tree is the best. Everyone's really friendly and willing to help out here. I'm sure you'll settle in, in no time at all!
Guh, thank you for the welcome, everybody! ;^; It's so nice to come to a new forum and find that everybody is being so friendly. I have indeed been hanging around a couple other AC forums in the past few years but this is by far my favourite already. I do love that there's a good mixture of people here; I think that's one of my favourite things about using forums - you get to talk with a wide variety of people!
