I usually skip the openings since some have spoilers, but here are some of my favorite:

Durarara - Steppin’ Out
Fullmetal Alchemist - Ready Steady Go
Gundam Wing (never watched but I love the song) - Just Communication
This one is an ending: Gundam Seed destiny (didn’t watch but love the song) - Reason
Gundam Seed Destiny (didn’t watch but loved the song) - Ignited
Fate Zero - To the Beginning
Fate Zero - Oath Sign
Fate Zero ending - Memoria
Fate Zero ending - Sora wa Takaku Kaze wa Utau

Attack on Titan - I pretty much like all the openings haven’t seen last season). I love Revo (who formed Linked Horizon), at least the stuff I’ve heard from him so far.

Inuyasha - Dearest (I believe this was an ending)

There may be more but that is all that I can think of.

There are so many good OPs and EDs! ♥ I've been watching anime for many years but the two that totally grabbed me from the get-go, and which I still recall vividly, are from Death Parade and Paranoia Agent. Simply because there has been nothing else close. Why? Most OPs and EDs are related to the theme of the anime. They tell you something about what you're about to watch. Typically, the action-packed shounen series comes with a catchy, fist-thumping, hard-hitting song with rock or metal vibes. Or the rom-com will start with an energetic, cute pop song with a female vocalist. Death Parade and Paranoia Agent, though, kind of blew me away with their OPs. These OPs are in no way indicative of the subject matter in these series, which gets pretty dark. I kind of love the juxtaposition of a happy OP and a deeply depressing or violent story.
