I have a villager that said she is moving out (and I agreed, and she said ok I am leaving), and someone on here wants her because I announced she is going. How do I give them away?

the day that she is moving out she will have all her furniture in her house in boxes. when this happens, let the person who wants her visit, and talk to the villager. she will decide to move to their town. that's it. she will move out and appear in their town.
sometimes they dont want to go to the offered town but that is rare.

Just create a new thread, select the [Giveaway] prefix, and in your post name the villager you are giving away and the rules for your giveaway (as in first-come first-serve, etc) If you already have a person in mind to give the villager to, you can skip doing this and instead send them a PM.
After you have chosen a winner you need to exchange friend codes and invite them to your town. You will then walk them to the villagers house (when the villager is in boxes) so that the winner can claim the villager! After the villager is claimed by the winner, it's a good idea to save and quit the multi-player session.

Thanks! Unfortunately Margie left faster than I thought for some reason! I didn't even see her in boxes yet. I saw her the day before she was supposed to leave and she wasn't in boxes then POOF gone! WTH!!
