ANYWAY…Shari is the favorite of my villagers. I think it’s funny how she’s a cute little squirrel monkey with a big-sister personality. While she can be sassy at times, it’s part of her charm. I also enjoy gifting her hats and clothing because she looks so cute in them lol.

I thought it was funny how Jacksepticeye hated Shari (even if it was for laughs), considering how innocent she is overall.

So, what do you think of Shari?

I don't like monkeys in general, so not really. But I think Shari and Nana are the cutest of them all.

I love Shari. She was a random move in for me in New Leaf, and I wasn’t sure at first. But she really won me over and I think she’s such a cutie! It’s nice to see some love for Shari

I do, but I’m more neutral towards her. There aren’t many villagers I actually dislike. Champ is my favorite monkey, but Shari is cool.

Shari was my starter uchi in New Horizons. She’s been living on my island ever since. While she can be a little rude sometimes, I really like her. Another neat detail about the monkey villagers is that their tail swings in certain ways depending on their mood. For example, when Shari’s thinking, her tail will spin in a circle. When she’s happy, her tail will wag back and forth like a dog (and I’m not a fan of dogs irl so this is an exception). She’s also helped me through tough times. One time when I was crying irl, I remembered her saying “When you gotta cry is when you gotta laugh. My granny said that a lot, cheeky.” Thanks to her saying that, I thought of something funny (that Dorkly video where Mario dies after landing on the flagpole the wrong way or the video from Level Up that’s called ‘Mario stubs his toe and dies.’ Feel free to look these videos up if you want. They’re hilarious.) and I actually managed to stop crying. Back in late October, I sent her a bunch of letters telling her about stuff that was going on in my life. (And no, you may not see these letters.) I found that writing these cards out to her helped a lot. Her reply also made me feel good inside. It said:

To my good bud ***** (name blurred out for privacy),

That was a real strong letter you sent. It felt like I was really there listening to you talk. Which was weird, ‘cause I wasn’t saying anything back, you know? So that’s what this is. See you around!

i think shari is SO cute but she didn't fit my farm theme so i did replace her (she was one of my starters!) but i decorated her happy home paradise house and i love visiting her she's absolutely adorable, i miss all the time

I love Shari and some other Animal Crossing monkeys despite monkeys being my least favorite animal IRL. She's so cute and her HHP request is precious. I definitely sacrificed hunts for specific villagers in the past to take her home with me. I love uchis and she's a great one. (❁´◡`❁)

noo i didn't know about the yellow hands/feet thing ahaha. i always replaced her feet with yellow rain boots in my head. her face design is still super cute imo, i love her little shiny eyes.
