help with sig placement?

usually i don't get help bc i can find it but this is really stressing me out

so this is my current code and i'm not quite sure how to get the color changing name thing to go in line with the links. i'm also not completely sure how to have all the hearts be in a straight line down, while next to the color changing name thing.
