Help With Villager Trading?

I started my ACNL town when my 3DS's date was wrong, so it's currently August in my game. A villager of mine is moving away when my DS is set to September 2nd, and I want to know if I can still have them move into another village that has a different date.

Yep. The dates don't matter at all and won't have any effect on your ability to adopt out villagers.
