HH Network mistake

I think I made a huge mistake. Not long after I had been working on my town, someone in the office asked me if I wanted to join the HH Network and share my pictures. I said no as I wasn't real proud of my work yet. This happened again a few days later and I said no again. That was a while ago and no one has asked me since. So I can't figure out how to participate in the contest! Have I blown my chances for good? I have tried doing each task again to see if that would trigger another request but so far nothing. I am actually thinking of restarting the game.

Any ideas how I can rectify this?

Just go to the PC, it should prompt you there

You mean that little laptop thingy upstairs? When I do open that it says there are no design requests in my network right now.

He's referring to a little red computer on Lottie's desk. If you don't see one there, try talking to Lottie.
